Taking the motivation for US Stores takeover, Morrisons corporate governance, and the side effects of hostile takeover into consideration, agreed bid is suggested. And depend on the bidders purpose and financial position, the target shareholders preference and market perceptions, payment in cash should be an appropriate method.
